would make no difference sandman or otherwise, would be the same across the Holden range would depend on motor and subsequent brake setup, ie 4 wheel drums or disc/drum

All 70's W size Holdens had a cast iron cylinder regardless of what brakes they had afaik. The design changed along the way a bit.
