My wife bought me this really cool book for Xmas entitled "It happened in a Holden". It's a collection of short stories from various people (some famous, some unknown) and it has a few stories concerning Sandman vans and other vans. I started reading and had trouble putting it down. I'm not finished yet, but already recommend it. One sandman story is GOLD!

Actually, come to think of it...it happened in a Holden for me as well! Might have to get that book.
Yeah, just about everything happened in a Holden for me (since I've only ever bought Holdens), quite a lot of stories I could tell here and many that must remain untold in public circles.
It's a great book, I can relate to many stories within and it sure gets the memory working.....

And isn't it cool that for some of us, it still is?!
Having held onto, or re visiting the cars (vans) of our youth helps to keep the memories in focus.
