Rochester carb, and engine model by numbers?

Hoping someone can identify the carb fitted to my 308, it has the following numbers on it
    17084695
    0234JHT
I want to make sure I get the correct service kit for it
ALSO It sits atop an engine with the following # O [poss Q] T 441080. the block is blue but has been repainted. is it a red, blue or black motor
    thanks in advance

    QT is a HQ 308.
Vans.... This is the 2nd time round the block, 40 years later! talk about turning back the clock!

QT is 308/5.0LT HQ thru HZ except for the very last of the HZ's which were ZT prefix.
This ZT prefix was used after the QT numbering clocked over 100000.

As others have said QT is 308 in the HQ range of models and later variants. But I would say by your engine number that it is earlier than HX, more like originally released in an actual HQ ie 1973ish. On the block between the timing case cover and passenger side head will be a date code, that will answer the question of the blocks origins. It contains numbers and a letter eg 25G4.

I don't recognise the carby number, but it looks like a GMH one. If it is it will be later VK. However I thought I had all GMH quadrajets already identified.

The 77 will be something different. In any event built October 1973, which as said earlier fits with the engine number which looked '73 sequence.
