HZ chassis number information

Can anyone help me here.....

Stamped on the chassis - BHZ1968OB

Just wanting to know of anyone out there can interpret the number

Obviously a HZ but can we determine the year the chassis was made or anything else from the chassis number?

Probably Dec 1978 but possibly early January 1979. This only comes from comparing to others around it.
