    Dont think we can fine the photographer, wouldnt have been using a mobile to take the pic back then, and anyway the photographer is clearly not in the drivers seat.

    Why do you two want to "fine" the photographer? The shot doesn't deserve a penalty. Maybe you want to find the photographer and ask a question or 6?
