Oops sometimes im way to stupid!
Engine number and its date code (looks like 28D3) or something like that. Last digit will be a 0,1,2,3,4 or 9 for a blue engine.

Actually 13th May 1970, so it is from a HT, about 99% to be out of a Brougham.
The reverse code points to HT but Ray said it was a Blue motor so I changed the year.
Blue won't have the month first, probably just painted blue
Could be May 13th 1990?? Did they change the casting dates after blue motors?
