That's an interesting photo! Are they jump staring the plane with the van? And that Kingswood also has GTS mirrors on it.
How over loaded is it??? It's dragging on the ground. Looks like two 44's in the back amongst other stuff lol.

Yet JZA225 with the blacked out headlight surrounds and chin spoiler has standard mirrors. Maybe the guy driving the Sandman couldn't use the sports mirrors so he swapped them with the Kingswood van.
