He's asking why it's not in the could be a Sandman section.

Thanks for the note Kaido17, we'll get it updated.

Yes I know... I posted my updated info so you can update the "definately a Sandman" and "could be a Sandman" in the HZ section.

Some have complained about trim codes not being available so there is the HZ Sandman trim codes and what they are.

When I put together the quick ID guide, I did not want to include every conceivable thing under "it could be a Sandman" but rather stick to pointers that are a "good" sign that a van or ute could be a Sandman.

Otherwise we would need to list every possible feature of most vans and utes. The trim codes by themselves that were shared with base models are not really a good way to ID a Sandman as it just states that a van or ute is a base model. That can be deducted by the M in the code anyway. That's why the "could be a Sandman" trim codes are not there.

The only code missing from the list of "Is a Sandman" for HZ models is the 60V code. I have updated my records. Just need to update the site now. Hint, hint Andrew.;)

Hi, Just quick question, looking at a HX, with XX7 (Brisbane) so if the driver's side tag has the chassis number ending in B it is a Brisbane car, because I was just wondering what connects all the tags together so you know they are all off the same car and hasn't been swapped?

Thanks in advance for your help

yes steve, that ADR tag (drivers side big tag)has a chassis number on it should correspond with the chassis rail number near the steering box,.

You don't in most cases. Utes are a lot easier but vans can be a nightmare.
