Good donor car for its whole interior for a HZ Sandman with 63V trim. Just use a HZ Sandman fascia and instruments and you'd be very happy. You could use the doors, guards and bonnet as well, plus the whole driveline if you wanted a 253 and trimatic.

It makes sense if you want all original stuff. If you paid $10k for this car, I reckon just to find all the good bits you need, and this car would have all of them, from scuff plates through to column, even front suspension bits, wipers, stainless, etc etc you'd pay $5,000 alone let alone get all the bits in mint condition.

You'd sell the back doors for $500 for the pair, rear bar probably $200, bootlid $200, 3.55 V8 sedan diff $450, good low kM V8 trimatic $450. It all addes up.

It might seem like an expensive way to do it but imagine if you had the same colour HZ Sandman, and could just bolt these doors and front clip onto it, just use a quad nose and support and not even have to paint inside the doors and guards or under the bonnet. Then put this whole interior into your car minus the fascia and guages (need ute/ van seatbelts). It might cost slightly more but geez it'd be quicker!

$9k-$10k is probably right for a V8 HZ in that condition. If it was a HQ it'd be $20k+, probably $25k+ if it was a HK.
