i have one but the plastic retainer is stuffed. saving it for the time i find an HZ Sandman... not sure what i'll find first by the sounds of it. the sandman or the horn cap!

I am pretty sure that's not the horn cap they are after , they are talking about the HZ horn cap which is different all together, personally I don't like the later ones and most second hand ones I have seen look very tired

That is not for HZ. The HZ are the same as UC and are round. (no bolts)
