    Something a lot of people have missed is that it only applies to vehicles manufactured after 2010. It's a step in the right direction, but more needs to change.

    Yep I missed that too....blows the theory of the government making some sense right out of the water....but then again a government that makes sense is an oxymoron isnt it?

    So a P-plater can drive a modern 250+ kw Commodore, but not a HQ with a 253 in it?

    Yeah, that makes sense........
    Vans.... This is the 2nd time round the block, 40 years later! talk about turning back the clock!
