Woke up today with lots of aches and pains from yesterdays efforts, but still a cracking day in Melbourne. Spent some time with the vacuum cleaner doing some dusting in and out of the body...but got bored with that.

Decided to drop some steering in so i could maneuver the van a bit easier...and i just wanted to sit behind the wheel...

Seen the Snap-on seat covers before, but the Snap-on bucket seat is a new one on me!
Did you make Brmm, Brmm noises or a Supercharger whine?

That might be the best idea I've heard today...I am definitely doing both of those things tomorrow for sure!

So i definitely sat in the van and did broom broom noises today, but more importantly, i discovered why the van body came home before being painted...I found the first problem...

Attempted to position the factory A/C evaporator housing and came up with a fail! The air intake pipe is preventing it from going into position and it looks like i need to shorten the intake by about 70mm to let the A/C box fit up properly. Ah well, that's what you get for customization!

Got a nice little delivery from CRS before the week closed out. Was able to assemble and fit up the Wilwood master cylinder and proportioning valve today. I think it looks pretty cool!

Thanks guys. Yeah i'm having some fun doing some fit up works with new bits. I've also plonked my re-vinyl'd crash pad and dash fascia in this weekend for a look. Not exactly sure about the carbon fibre vinyl wrap on the fascia anymore...hmm

Got a win with the intake pipe! Found a shop who were able to cut and shut the pipe so it still fits and now the evaporator box fits as well. Ended up with about 5mm gap at the tightest spots so all good in my book.

Glad to have gotten out of that pickle...
