Its finally in etch prime! Woohoo

Visited the panel shop the other day to drop off a pair of door gutters. OMG they had it in etch prime and i thought, ok now its about to be painted but it isn't to be. Apparently they now do a final run around of panel beating which includes tapping out the really really small dents, 'shrinking' the body and making the lines all good such as the eyebrows. Have to appreciate the attention they are putting into my van even though i am itching to see it in paint. Here's a couple of pics from last week.

Starting to look the goods there mate. Looking at those acres of sheet metal I'm glad I only had to prepare a ute body (albeit twice) for paint!
    Nunc est bibendum...

Thanks, its pretty good. I'm going for somewhere between Jamaica Lime, Commodore Atomic Green and Kermit the Frog. This pic from a Ballarat show is somewhere in the ballpark

Hi Calum, yes it was a good day out. This ute really caught my eye based on the colour. I think some other MySandman people were displaying vans there as well.
