Stellar effort for 12 months!!
great job ,i like your little wood stove you have in the corner to keep you warm while you work on it.
The drive line is killer what is the motor tran out of and did u have to chop the floor much? Have u put a nine inch in it?
Hey Vombil, yeah it's a rares full cowl, the cowl was like swiss cheese so decided to bite the bullet and replace the lot. The hardest part was drilling out the spot welds took like 4 hours. I used sikaflex panel bond around the firewall apron area and spot welded inside the cab. Then kbs rustseal and cavity wax on the inside, hopefully last another 40 years. She should turn tyres like no tomorrow i'm hoping

Thanks mate, I wouldn't go out to the shed in winter without that wood fire love it.
The motor and trans came out of a side swiped 2005 vz ssz. The 4l60e went straight in with no tunnel mods but i've heard the t56 manual needs basically the tunnel from a commo transplanted. I wanted to avoid this so went with the auto. As for the diff it's only running a Salisbury at this point probly upgrade to something a bit lighter then a nine inch maybe borg warner not sure yet
