    what a ROD! so sick dude.

    how those fill-ins holding up? I had a pretty wobbly bonnet paneled & painted and it sunk back everywhere after a while.

    Fill ins are holding up great, not much bog in there so hopefully it will stay that way.

    awesome mate! Can you tell us your secrets?

    MIG or TIG? glued and tacked or fully seam welded. you skim the lot with bog or knifing putty? 2k highfil?

    Check out page 4 basically mig welded with a rebated seam all the way round, the beater jumped from side to side to keep the heat down, did a grouse job, finished off with a light skim of bog then 2k highfil. Inside is sealed with panel seal.
