You read photo camera EXIF Data by downloading the image and use a software program that can display the EXIF Data like Photoshop etc.
The full size picture from the camera would blow up OK to A3 size on paper and maybe A2 on canvas. Detail is lost on canvas anyway.
In this case the camera was in "Landscape scene mode" setting and the conditions were well suited as there was good even light with no bright blow outs. I would suggest this is likely optimum for the camera in that mode.
Like all cameras it would struggle under certain conditions and excel at others. At f/2.8 I would expect more background blur, but obviously with the camera in "landscape scene mode" the camera compensates.
