Plenty of videos on the net showing them. Just search shrinking disc.
They look so simple to use. They are about $70 on eBay.

yes but it will shrink highs not completely lift lows so there is still some beating that needs to be done
I just found out my front left guard and the left rear quarter have a crap load of bog over them... grinding it off reveals a really poor side swipe repair so will be giving the shrinking discs and slapping spoon a good try out...
also bought this today to help with some other hard to get to dents...

I fitted the upper and lower tailgates today and the top gate looks like it has a bow in it. Can anyone put a picture up of the back upper gate where it meets the lower. Thanks
