I have only seen shrinking done the old traditional way, this is a revelation for me. I have been away from panel beaters for too long.

Plenty of videos on the net showing them. Just search shrinking disc.
They look so simple to use. They are about $70 on eBay.

thanks. looks pretty straight forward. i'd imagine like any bodywork it would take some practice!

yes but it will shrink highs not completely lift lows so there is still some beating that needs to be done

I just found out my front left guard and the left rear quarter have a crap load of bog over them... grinding it off reveals a really poor side swipe repair so will be giving the shrinking discs and slapping spoon a good try out...

also bought this today to help with some other hard to get to dents...

Hey everyone I need help
I fitted the upper and lower tailgates today and the top gate looks like it has a bow in it. Can anyone put a picture up of the back upper gate where it meets the lower. Thanks
