1975 HJ-is that the last one before pollution gear?

Hi all, am looking at a new project, its a 75 HJ, is that the last year prior to pollution gear?

i think if its missing the 27a on the rh id tag then its non pollution changed somewhere mid 75

Also would a GTR steering wheel fit a HJ column? (fouind one, would just change centre cap)

ADR27 started during HQ but HJ commercials won't have it on the ADR plate. HX (6/76) was officially the first to get ADR27A but some late HJ did too.

LJ wheel will fit.
