Is there a difference between a V8 and 6 chassis , and if so what is the difference... regards Brett

what about the upper and lower wishbone, rear springs and steering

All the same. Only difference is front springs on some Holden and Statesman models. Plus tonners have heavy duty front stubs and heavier rear springs. There are some different items as well like rear springs do vary between models and sway bars differ at times. But the basic chassis is the same.
