I found this, I thought yeah, that's a custom van, I mean it even has the kitchen sink!

I grew up in a staunch Holden family, came home from the hospital in a FE (I think it was an FE, maybe an FC, but you get the idea...) and always had Holdens.
I have NEVER owned a Ford.
BUT....
I remember seeing that Concorde at the Sydney Motor Show in 1977 (I think it was '77) and it almost converted me.
My Father wouldn't have a bar of it of course, so it was a short love affair and I got back to Sandmans and XU-1's etc, but I will always remember seeing the Concorde in the flesh.
The sink was a bit of a joke though....... Ford.... What was I thinking??????!!!!!!
Vans.... This is the 2nd time round the block, 40 years later! talk about turning back the clock!
It is a neat Van. But this "Concorde" is a replica.
Ford had nothing to do with the sink!
I wonder how much rust is around the drain for the sink (and its tank).
Still I like the idea of the chillax bench seat behind the cab, looks like you can actually sit upright pretty comfortably with a back rest and foot well and still be in the van section, Im guessing that you can still lie down in it, feet go under the sink?
At least you know that there is going to be plumbing going on in the back of that one
It sorta was mate!!!! Until Dad found out. It was a bit of a similar thing when the Charger 1st hit the road and the "Hey Charger" adds were all over the TV. Every kid loved 'em, what with the cool shape and the loud colours.....
Dad wouldn't have a bar of them either.
You're right! This is sounding like the chicks at school I never got to go out with......
