Fuel filling behind the RHS taillight

Ok, time to ignite this old conversation again. I'm moving ahead with my plan on the fuel filling location and decided on the final route for the piping. Ultimately, i needed to drill through some part of the chassis and this is my chosen path. After seeking engineering advice, I chose to run the pipe out of the body, then over and along the inside of the RHS rail, then punch into the rear of the factory tank through a cross member. Pics below of the cross member hole location and heavy welded pipe i will use to return strength to the cross member.

Yeah, that'll work well.
You are going to a lot of trouble (effort) to achieve what you want and it should be pretty cool in the end.
I applaud your vision and the execution of it.
