    Kinda makes you wonder sometimes.....

Lovely HZ, condition wise. I hope they get what they want.

People are asking $20k to $25k for busted up SLR's and rusted to buggery Monaros often without matching ID plates like this one:

Then you can buy this for $25k or a bit more. Very different cars I know, not everyone's cup of tea but you gotta think....

Wow, that HZ is in stunning condition!!!

Ugly Dodge Charger...worst looking model of all the chargers made!!

Bit partial to the 72 RS/SS Camaro.

Every Yank tank there is still LHD and that keeps the asking down. Yes you can drive them LHD but it is not a preference by most.
    Can be bloody dangerous also.

I owned my 1964 Chev Impala hardtop for 5 years, 18 month resto, was one of the most common questions I was asked, what's it like driving left hand drive, is it for sale and that one question I seem to always get about fuel economy, lol, bloody pensioners!

In hindsight Innuendo, I can agree about the LHD keeping the value down.

If you are buying a proper collectable (not just a low spec one tarted up) it is better to keep them LHD. I've also seen some shocking RHD conversions. I'm very partial to 1970/1 Camaros. I've sometimes thought about whacking a price on teh Premier and seeing if it sells, and buying a Camaro like the Coke coloured one above. The TH350 turns me off though.

Here is my '62 Pontiac and Right Hand Drive.
I had all the same questions from knuckleheads apart from the LHD question.
I had a '62 Belair before this one. Realised after several years I'm more suited to our local Holdens.
But sure did have some fun in them.

I was thinking exactly the same thing when I saw this 55 earlier today. http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/chevy-bel...77e031d&_uhb=1
Admittedly needs some cosmetics but its all there and RHD. I guess its about broad appeal and childhood dreams and some of the older or less common units have a smaller audience as time goes on.

I love early Camaros and corvettes even mustangs. but i think the Q trashes the american imports . 5 or 6 years ago everyone was buying yank iron. But i think Ausie muscle is worth so much more. The time of the yank import is gone the aussie classic is king.
