    I'm thinking as the 'iconic' vehicle of the 70's, they might find a median and remain there? While not necessarily increasing, there will be a permanent place for them. In my opinion.

    Yeah, when you think about it. 48-215/FJ the FE/FC, FB/EK, EJ/EH etc all have a huge following the the prices are that of the Sandman's of equivalent quality. Your talking 40, 50, 60 years +
    Plenty of Holden lovers and always will be in our life time anyway.

    Nope, the idea is to grow old... disgracefully! Life is what you make it and if a Sandman makes ya happy then that is just the way it is!

    In my mid 40's now (don't always feel it though... ) and my ute has been in my life since it was new in 1975. I cannot imagine it not being there after so many good memories have been had in it, places/people etc. The fact it is what it is is a bonus, but not what makes it special to me.
