I don't think any Statesman had this grill in all black. HX were painted silver for both Deville and Caprice. HZ Deville (and stillborn Calais) had 6 of the bars painted in the upper grille and 2 in the lower (which I think is every second bar silver). HZ Caprice has every third bar silver and had the big die-cast mould at the top like yours which was a separate part to the grille. The other styles all had a thin stainless mould right around the grille, where the HZ Caprice only had the sides and the top was bare (die cast mould sat over it).
There are plenty of these grilles around in NOS as Rares used to sell them into the 90's, even as late as the late 90's from memory. I think the last ones left were HX lower and HZ Caprice upper (sans die-cast mould). I'd probably have some stashed away just in case.
Greg at Classicoz had some NOS HZ Caprice top moulds, and he might have a banged up lower grille for the stainless for your lower. For the upper I suggest you find a few busted ones and weld them together. Easier to do than the dash fasicas Absinth is doing in one way and that is you can paint the grille once finished, whereas parts of fascias are textured plain plastic. Or buy some off Ebay as below.
Or here is a HX one (all painted):
