looks like Balmoral Green to me. Had a mate with a hq van in that colour, 253 4sp with black bucket seat interior, GTS guards and black Sandman stripes on it... We always though she was a genuine Sandy but couldn't have been in that colour... Looked great though.
4/75 HJ XX7 Sandman Panelvan ... Persian Sand currently restoring
7/76 HX Monaro 4dr 308 4sp... Absinth Yellow and rusty as hell.. SOLD
3/77 HX Sandman Panelvan ... Absinth Yellow and rusty as hell .. SOLD
Could have possibly been a fleet or special order colour Sean.
We have decided to go with the Blackwatch green, it is a metallic dark green from 1971. I know this because we bought some yesterday and painted the new shocks with it of course after sandblasting them and etching them and then around 8 coats of clear they look great.
Good choice! I like 'other' colours. Adds some spice. Good luck with the rest of the build.
Thanks, we're happy with the choice of colour. We have also decided on Silver Sparkle powder coating for the chassis.

We have lift off. The body and chassis are separated.

The photos did not upload correctly because sometimes people are clicking the paperclip instead of the picture frame to upload photos which will cause an error.
I have circled in red the correct icon to press when uploading a photo.
