Ad reads: "1977 hx holden sandman panel van, overlander replica. fuel injected 308 vs commodore engine, turbo 400 transmission, dana/spicer transfere case and diffs. 3 inch single system exauste ,runs on petrol and gas and have new gas certificate for gas system, runs great on both, new suspension bushes replaced all round about 3 years ago, also has power steering, trim is in great condition and very comfortable for travelling,2 seater, lots of kms on the clock but has been rebuilt from front to back less than 5 years ago, engine had120000kms on it when fitted into van and done maybe 30000 kms since then, always over serviced and greased every 5000 or 6 months, which ever came first, normally time run out before kms, rust proofed and every year ive sprayed lanolin into every nook and cranny I could find,no rust in body anywhere but have had passengers side floor replaced and front cowel panels done years ago, new cd player and front windscreen, near new 4 row heavy duty radiator, engine never gets hot even when low range four wheel driving, near new tyres, done maybe 600kms since fitted and until my last Brisbane trip still had nipples on tyres, recently had wheel alignment done and drives well. duel new batteries, set up for overnight camping but would suit anything you decided to do with it,,awesome all round car and 4wd,plenty of power to go anywhere and do anything, built on holden chassis and also has towbar, turns heads everywhere we go and gets lots of cheeky smiles from lots of ladys that see it in town or anywhere, lots of years and kms left in the old van and good times to be had"

Could always put a standard chassis under it if your not into the whole 4x4 thing.
You would want to read the tags and find out what it really is.

Looks like its been done well, a bloke out here years ago used to do it but without the extra diff just high suspension and big wheels, if it's a sandman it's worth the money, like you said Innuendo another chassis, sell the 4x4 gear sandman van in the shed cash in the back pocket win win.

Not a Sandman, just a real clean looking panelvan. No full headlining or any strips for one.

cool looking car though if you wanted something different.

I'd leave it as it is. Or sell the body to someone and convert it into a ute or tonner.
