    They were all different age plants, and they all had processes developed over time. I think Pagewood was
    the oldest during Sandman production and it did produce an awful lot of vehicles. This ended up being the "luxury" plant where Statesmans were made, plus the bulk of VB Commodores came out of there too.

    That is correct. Q for HQ, J for HJ, X for HX, Z for HZ & R for right-hand drive (not 253).
