Thumbs Up or Down

OK let's see how this goes.

You can now see a box on the right of a post and you can choose to Thumb Up or Down. It is very similar to the reputation icon (sheriffs badge) in the username section of a post.

We will monitor its use and if it doesn't get any it can be removed. It's completely up to you whether it stays or goes.
