Nice collection piece, but HJ-HZ wheels are cheap as chips NOS, I bought one for my HJ Premier for $35 (no hornn pad though, just the wheel). Is that one a soft plastic or hard plastic?

gday hard plastic, you got a good deal there i got $90 for a black hard plastic wheel with kingswood horn cover about 2 months ago, i usually start the auction at $30 and they always go up some guys got just a wheel up on ebay now for $85 no cap and a prem one for $120, with the 40 or so cars a wreck a year i probably get 15 really good wheels and they always go ive probably only got 3 or 4 lying around

It is a 1975 HJ-HZ wheel. The hard ones are HQ to early HJ. The one I bought was a soft plastic one but it is OK for my Premier, although being a 1974 HJ it has a hard plastic one priginally, it is cracked. Mine is Covert not black. The soft ones are on Ebay regularly relatively cheap, the harder ones are the ones people look for as they crack.
