    Holden Fuel Senders

Just had my original fuel sender repaired and calibrated to the fuel gauge by Gauge Works in Adelaide for a cost of $95, pretty reasonable I thought. I then fitted a new gauze and shrink wrapped the power strap that goes to the coil. Fingers crossed it all works okay when I put the tank back in the Ute. They also quoted me $15 to check the speedometer, obviously more if work and calibration needed.

Getting you're speedo checked and calibrated is a lot cheaper than most speeding fines and you don't lose points. It's always a good idea to get it done.

You could always use a gps or your phone to give you an idea of how accurate your speedo is. (I take no responsibility for any fines you may get)
