    Sandman hj ute ?

    Hi all just wondering if anyone can decipher these numbers maybe hj sandman ute

    Model Hjwm80
    Body 514975m
    Trim 1888-60v
    Paint 568-15951

    Eng L31 trans M41 axle GU7

    GVM 1860
    seating capacity 2

    Most likely is, it will be a 2/76 probably. Pretty vanilla Sandman with a great driveline if it is, Cotillion white with Beige trim but 308 TH400, more than even chance of air and steer and LSD too. On the plus side white HJ Sandman utes do look pretty sharp with their black stripes if fitted.

    ARH! Cottillion White!

    My SL/R5000 was that colour and looked great. I've still got a litre of paint on the shelf somewhere (might need a stir).

    Sounds like a cool ute.
    Vans.... This is the 2nd time round the block, 40 years later! talk about turning back the clock!
