Door identification part II - HJ TO WB

PART 2..hj hx hz wb doors explained...firstly..in direct relation to all sandmans no sandman ute or panelvan or wb ute or panelvan had intrusion bar doors ...intrusion bar doors are from passenger vehicles from somewhere in hx and were introduced as per the adr..{australian design rule} for side impact protection...commercial vehicles at that time did not have to meet the requirements of that adr..i do not know why..another mystery..
First couple of pics is your typical hx hz intrusion bar door..

Note the second pic is the intrusion bar...to pick an intrusion bar door with the door trims on you look for signs of spot welds on each end of the door..next pic shows these..

So hj and some hx doors never had intrusion bars even if they were off passenger cars and some hx and all hz doors from passenger cars had intrusion bars but no hx or hz sandman or wb ute or van had intrusion bar doors..

All hj hx hz and wb doors had one of these thingos which is part of the window channel runner...
wb statesman doors are unusual as well as they have 2 types of doors..one is for the deville and can be electric or manual and one is for the caprice and has a big hole cut in it for the speaker, these were all electric only doors..wb statesman doors also have intrusion bars..

Believe it or not that is a factory hole..it is rough as guts but then there is a speaker plate goes over this that the speaker is mounted into.
something i havent taken pics of and will is the 2 types of windows...hq and then hj to wb and the 2 types of front window channels hq and then hj to wb
