An old thread that suits my question.
I'm looking at buying a property that is zoned light industrial, and was previously set up as a purpose built panel and paint business.
Suits us as it has a 5 bedroom house out front and the workshop out the back with where we can store and restore our cars.
So getting to the point!
It has a fully operational enclosed spray booth with extraction system under floor water filter system ( if that's what it's called). So my question is do you need to have the booth inspected on a regular basis if it's only used occasionally for personal hobbies??
Also, what would it cost to run per hour roughly??
