    HZ sandman ute

    Hi guys

    Just wondering if any body could confirm, i just purchased a sandman ute off ebay and the GVM compliance plate shows 1950 kg and not 1860 as per HZ idenification?

    Still, $15k for a good ready to drive ute isn't too bad. If you bought it thinking you were going to flip it straight away for $25k you'd be disappointed but if you bought it cause you always want a Ssandman ute then it looks like you've picked up a good clean one at a good price. It won't pass an anal retentive concourse specialists inspection but you'll still have plenty of people taking photos at shows or on the street. Good score.

    No bought as i have a hx sandman panelvan and just thought it might be good to have a ute as well to add to the collection.

    Of course there is, they are the ones fitted to this Ute.
    I think you purchased OK (sort of). But I'm not sure why you didn't investigate beforehand?
