Hx was the cool one with Allen bolts. Hz had the ugly round one.
There is a thread on here all about this. Try a search.
if you check the old HZ commercial range add (on youtube) the sandman they show actually has the allen bolt horn cap.

The allen key horn cap is the coolest cap ever! Why Holden changed it is beyond me, but then they made a lot of other changes that leave me wondering why too..... Usually economics are behind the decision, or it's an attempt to integrate an outgoing model with a future one.
Vans.... This is the 2nd time round the block, 40 years later! talk about turning back the clock!
