can some one please tell me how to remove the rubber/plastic heater knobs on a HQ,i assume there is a clip to push in but i have pulled, prodded,pushed,thrown stuff across the shed and said lots of swear words but the little buggers wont budge

no HK-HG have a grub screw but these dont
