It is a wb ute that HDT built to magnum specs for a bloke from near Tamworth. It started as a 6 cylinder wb. They fitted a stroked 5 litre, statesman dash with believe it or not, a bench seat and column auto. It cost him a fortune to build.
When it was getting about my home town it had a five post bullbar and stickers all over it. It looked good.
This is a Magnum HDT Ute. I did a bit more research, apparently there were three built.

The blue one is a fake. They made it with bits from a wrecked magnum sedan. You need to go to bertiest for info.
