    WTB Grey Dash Pad

    G'day Everyone,

As the title says i am chasing a dash pad, glove box and lower dash panel for a HJ Dove Grey interior, i have a brown one now and don't really want to paint it.

I realise it's a pretty long shot but someone might have one in their shed.

Also an auto console would be good, preferably a statesman one.

    Cheers Mark

Good luck! Dove Grey (14V) was only around on HJ Kingswood from the start of HJ through to about 8/75, so very rare. Grey (also 14V) on HJ Holden and Belmont is just as rare. The dashpad is actually Dark Grey on both Grey and Dove Grey interiors.

Yeah Byron i thought it would be a long shot.

It's going into a HJ Statesman and the previous owner put a blue WB Stato dash in it ( butt ugly IMO ).

That will be a bit easier to find as it is a different pad. A HJ Premier one will do you as well.

As in different pad do you mean the passenger insert or is there something else ?

Don't suppose you've got a HJ Prem one in your shed

There's a green one on e-bay might be easier to paint if need be, would rather original though.

Yes, the holes for the insert. I actually need a good Covert one for a HJ Premier or Deville, the one on my car has a crack in it.

Is the the green colour ?

Growing up we always used to throw out the green and grey and pretty much every colour for black ones, hindsight is bloody brilliant hey.

Not proper green (that is 45V), but a really light olive green. It is the colour that is in Chamois (60V) trim in HJ and HZ.
