Awsome! Cheers mate, There isn't much on Chamois there.. But I think it'd look pretty good against the Persian Sand..
    Cheers,

black interior still is most desirable but buckskin and chamois look more pimpin. I just picked up an HZ with saddle tan metallic so I too have joined the poo brown club ;)

thanks for sharing all the pics. looking forward to a mad resto thread. rust free doors for $100... fly with them to WA and you'll score $600ea before sun up! score

Yeah, I don't mind black interiors, but I guess it just depends if they work with the overall colour of the car... Hahaha Well you better stay tuned for more, cause something in Saddle Tan is coming my way right now! haha

Cheers mate I only just realisd the other day that I'm doing it all over again! haha But this should be fun to do, cause I've always wanted a Panelvan, and have regretted getting the ute first. :(
But I'm on track now for a good van, which is all I care about! haha

Geeeeze! They're really worth that much over there???
How much for doors that are rust free, in primer and ready to paint?
    Cheers,
    Matt

c'mon mate utes are the business! Wait till you try and drive that van in the city... torturous my boy. stress like you've never experienced ;) the lack of visability is such a deal breaker (didnt bother me as much 10 years ago) that i spend more time driving my WB with side windows... hell i might even cut a set into my HX!

just kidding. I wouldnt dream of it. I do prefer a ute to the van anyday. Vans to look at, utes to drive at

the doors are worth more in original paint than prepped and primed ready for paint.. any number of nasties could be hiding away under the primer

Hahaha I have no doubt the van is gonna be a prick to drive! haha and I agree, the vans are better to look at, but the utes are probably better to drive..

Okay.. Cause I have a pair of completely rust repaired - rares replacement skins used.. - and primed almost ready to go.. I've just got to decide whether to use the good original ones or the repaired ones?
I'm considering putting my mint HZ doors, WB guards and HZ-WB bonnet up in the shed roof/hanging on the walls..
    Cheers,
    Matt

Yes the windowless van is a little difficult to drive at times, (the more you drive it the easer it becomes) I find you just have to plan ahead and be in the correct lane Good Luck with the van, Great find, enjoy...

Don't listen to these pussies complaining about visibility. Had my windowless as a first car and moved from the country to Canberra at 18 along with plenty of Sydney trips. You just use your throttle a lot when merging lanes, give it a quick squirt as you go after making sure there's no-one too close in your left mirror.
