Yeah I agree, if the trim was more original looking would be wicked, i don't mind the color
Good buying for 10K...even with that trim
Credit to the builder....she looks awesome
That trim is shocking to say the least ivan cmon
Not disagreeing with ya mate. Might have worked better if the brown was black. Either way, she looks great on the outside.....very cool colour too
I'm with you Gene. Who tales a lovely old HQ Kingswood ute, spends that much time and money on it yet paint it probably the worst colour I can think of, leave the front drums on and puts that interior in it. Yuk!
I reckon that green blows a white paint job out of the water any day of the week. I think i hate white like you hate green Byron. Who cares of has drums...it's obviously not a performance rebuild....but yeah that interior is its downfall
No way, i'd have any colour other than that, even the bright greens like Barbados or Jamaica Lime or even Durham Beige! Go and drive a 4 wheel drum HQ-HJ, carry a load. You'll be swapping to discs after the first bad experience! The only bad bit of the conversion is drilling the holes in the firewall for the booster, and then getting the nuts on the back with the dash still in place, damn awful job! I did it when I was 15 on my first HQ van, never did it again on a car with a dash in place.
