yea looks like 2 what you do with a 175 blank tag?
There is something behind (or supporting) the tag. Have a look at the shadow. Gives it away. I wonder where all these blank tags are actually coming from? This would be the sixth or seventh I've seen/noticed...

This one looks like it is probably a reproduction tag. They are from the US. These are the reason i'm collecting as many original tags as possible, so it helps to spot made up fake ones. All the characters on the machines at each plant wore at different rates, so by having at least one set of tags for each plant for each month it is easy to track the wear on the characters and to see when they are replaced. Tag fakers will never get this right.
