Sydney get together - Jully 11th

Hi guys and gals,

Anyone interested in a get together on 11th July a Thursday night?

We can catch up for a meal/drink and also we have been invited into the ABC TV studios as audience members for the TV show Tractor Monkeys hosted by Merrick Watts. They will be doing a session on panel vans and have extended the invitation to us as audience members.

What we need is your name, contact number and email address (PM this to me don't post it in the forum) - we have until this Thursday to confirm.

Here's a little blurb on the show.

Tractor Monkeys is a comedy games show, hosted by Merrick Watts, where comedians discuss fads, fashions, funny facts and followings from different eras and are quizzed on it each week.

On the first episode of series two there will be a segment on the show where they discuss panel vans and we would love to have panel van enthusiasts in our audience. It’ll be a great free night of entertainment with an exciting line up of popular comedians.

Merrick is a rev head, a couple of years ago he had a GTO Monaro , he still may have it, it was his daily driver. I remember the others at the radio station were trying to get him to put his car up for a competition to win it for a week.

Understandable given the mid week timing, but I thought we had more people from Sydney to represent, but it looks like Melbourne is the place to be if you have a Sandman.

Yes most of us are Newy, South coast, or central west NSW, I don't know any in Sydney actually, that is why Rodney and I have gone down for photoshoots etc.. We would love to but really can't take two days off at this time. Bad timing could have if it were thurs 18th July :(
