Pick the 'choose file' button.
The option will come up of 'take photo' or 'choose existing'.
Once you do either, the chosen pic will appear which will be a small thumbnail.
Press the 'upload' button on the pop up box.
It will then appear in the quick reply box as [ ATTACH ]
Then post it as you would a normal reply.

I just keep getting a box saying add url and no other options? Is this what u get?

Just hit that 'from computer' tab and then 'choose file' button and find the pic you want

I must have to change a setting mate cos my popup box doesnt have those options only choose url no choosecfrom computre or anything

I have also lost ability to post pictures by uploading them. The only option is the link to a hosting service.

Seems it's restricted to Admin and Moderators accounts.

Open a www.photobucket.com account. Install the APP Snapbucket to your iPhone.
Really it's not that hard.
