Blackout Measurements

I'm building a replica Sandman ute & need some help with the blackouts. I've been through the gallery & been through most of the things using blackouts in my search & unable to find a distance from the bottom of the rear of the wheel arch to the top of the blackout, also from the bottom from the sill to the point at which the it turns vertical near the rear bumperette's. If some one could help it would be much appreciated.
