Looks to be only 30 thou, and it'll be a 4spd block.

Date code is E4 so good for a HQ Sandman, although it is 1984 not 1974 (doesn't matter too much, at least it looks right if you are into date codes).

It'll be a VK black block, as it has long head bolt bosses and 308 on both sides. Will probably be VT prefix too, but if it isn't the original this will do, and to those date code nuts at car shows it looks good at first glance, just grind the 308 off one side of the block.
