l have sandman panel van hz would like to know for sure what colour to use for the blackouts the car was built in dandenong victoria l rang gmh they were no help at all have been told to use tuxedo black paint code 15991 or do l use satin black does any body here know for sure what is the correct paint to use thanks for reading
