I have been trying to find an answer for these jack stickers for years now. Finally we have reproduced them. Was very difficult finding any good enough to repro from.
Anyhow we have reproduced 2 different types. It seems there may have been two different stickers. I have attatched a pic.
Im wondering if maybe one was an early model and the other a later model.

On the jack. On the side of it. I have seen countless jacks with them so I know they are factory. But unsure why the two types.....
