Thanks Jennie I have updated all the image links and they are all working now.
Panels lined up, some sanding and rubbing back - pretty quite in the panel shop at the moment.
Guard and cowel panel needs a bit or tweaking.
Look at the toys out of the shed thread then lol....we are still doing a Malachite green sandman, but waiting for a panel beater to finish off a couple of other projects, and saving up.....but..buying all the gear ready though, just deciding what seats to put in her etc.
Cheers J
PS looks like playing the waiting for panel beater game Blocker,
PSS where are the GTS guards

okay good glad you are doing GTS guards they look great I don't know why the deleted these on hx and hz, we are putting them back on the malachite van as doing a bit of customising with this one, we are getting our guards pressed in by a guy at coonabarabran...

Well there is a lot of work in those pics Blocker!! I didn't do a body off resto on the HX but if I find the right HQ Monaro I will be going all the way with it.
Gaddy.
Where would you look for the chasis numbers...?
I dont think thats quite as much work as it looks Blocker, it looks like a heap of effort, but not neccecarily,
Looking at the pics, you probably dont actually need to blast it , a blue 3m flap disc on an angle ginder will bring that up to shiny steel all over in a half days work easy! Another day in paint prep detail and you'll save yourself all that time and hassle and transport and cash to get it to the blasters and back and be ready for paint!
If you really were being serious about not knowing where to start on it (hard to tell in forums sometimes), if you use a product like Penetrene on all the threads, you should be able strip the running gear off the chassis in a day or two fairly easy, I'll message ya.
