We know where each other comes from and when we get to the city many drives give country drivers a wide berth understanding that some may need 10 acres without fences to chuck a U turn (its a local thing). P on many number plates means Personal and they where found on the old blue plates.

i'd have to agree. anything that makes you're car stand out also makes it easier to identify and therefore an easier target
