That chassis number will be replicated on the compliance plate.
They should be a match.

the drivers tag number should be the same as the ontop of the chassis rail near the steering box..if thats what your asking?

So you've got chasis number 10238S and it's a HX

It is a 9/76 Pagewood chassis number. In this case on an Aquarius 308 4spd van.

What's a pagewood chassis? Also so to confirm the chassis should match the complience plate?

Pagewood was the NSW GMH assembly plant. That is what the S on the end means (S=Sydney).

I already had it recorded.
